1. Overview & Data Protection (ခြုံငုံသုံးသပ်ချက်နှင့် ဒေတာကာကွယ်ရေး)

D Lite (Diamonds Lite) is a localized video-sharing platform tailored specifically for the Myanmar market, designed to empower local content creators with monetization tools through a unique Engagement & Interactive Rewards ecosystem.

Diamonds Lite (D Lite) သည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွက် ဦးတည် target ထားသော video sharing app အမျိုးအစားတစ်ခု ဖြစ်သည်။ Local Creator တွေအတွက် ကိုယ်ပိုင် content တွေမှ ဝင်ငွေရှာနိုင်ရန်အတွက် ရည်ရွယ်သော app ဖြစ်သည်။

Data Privacy & Security (အချက်အလက် လုံခြုံရေး)

• Authentication: Users can securely register and log in using their Gmail account and a personalized password. User authentication and database records are fully secured using Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) protocols. We strictly maintain a zero-tolerance policy against unauthorized data access. Gmail ဖြင့်သာ အကောင့်ဖွင့်နိုင်သည်။ User များသည် Gmail နှင့် မိမိကြိုက်နှစ်သက်သော စကားဝှက်ကို ရိုက်ထည့်ပြီး အကောင့်ဖွင့်နိုင်သည်။ data များကို Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) အတိုင်း သိမ်းဆည်းထားသည်။

We respect your privacy rights and provide full control over your data. Users have the right to request the deletion of their accounts and associated personal information at any time.

3. Content & Copyright Policy (ဗီဒီယိုအကြောင်းအရာနှင့် မူပိုင်ခွင့်ဆိုင်ရာ မူဝါဒ)

Since D Lite heavily targets the Myanmar creative ecosystem, we enforce proactive internal reviews to ensure compliance with community safety and intellectual property standards.

D Lite သည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွက် target ထားတာဖြစ်သောကြောင့် content များအား စီစစ်ရာတွင် အားသာမှုရှိသည်။

• Monetization Screening: To qualify for revenue generation, creators must submit an official application. The D Lite team manually audits the submission to verify that the profile provides authentic and original content. During the verification process, we reserve the right to request additional verification parameters, including links to ownership of alternative channels on other social media networks. • Copyright Infringement & Violations: Re-uploading other creators' videos, un-credited music compositions, or violating community guidelines is strictly prohibited. Accounts found committing plagiarism or intellectual theft will face a permanent ban. တခြားသူ video များ တင်ခြင်း၊ သီချင်းများ ပြန်လည်တင်ခြင်း ဖြစ်စေ၊ မသင့်တော်သော video များတင်ပါက D Lite ဘက်မှ account အား ရာသက်ပန် ban သွားမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
• Adult Content Ban: D Lite maintains a strict Zero-Tolerance Policy against adult, sexually explicit, graphic, or pornographic material. Any account violating this rule will face immediate termination. adult content များကို ခွင့်ပြုမည် မဟုတ်ဘဲ မလိုက်နာပါက account အား ban သွားမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
• Child Safety & CSAM Policy (ကလေးသူငယ် ဘေးကင်းလုံခြုံရေးနှင့် အကာအကွယ်ပေးရေး မူဝါဒ): D Lite strictly prohibits any content that exploits, endangers, or abuses children. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Any account found uploading, sharing, or promoting such illegal content will be immediately terminated and permanently banned without prior notice. D Lite သည် ကလေးသူငယ်များအား အလွဲသုံးစားပြုလုပ်ခြင်း၊ အန္တရာယ်ဖြစ်စေခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ထိခိုက်နစ်နာစေသော မည်သည့် Content မျိုးကိုမဆို လုံးဝ တားမြစ်ထားပါသည်။ ကလေးသူငယ် လိင်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ အလွဲသုံးစားမှုများ (CSAM/CSAE) နှင့် ပတ်သက်၍ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် Zero-Tolerance (လုံးဝ ခွင့်မလွှတ်သော) မူဝါဒကို ကျင့်သုံးပါသည်။ ဤသို့သော တရားမဝင် Content များကို တင်ခြင်း၊ မျှဝေခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် အားပေးအားမြှောက်ပြုလုပ်သော မည်သည့်အကောင့်ကိုမဆို ကြိုတင်အကြောင်းကြားခြင်းမရှိဘဲ ချက်ချင်း ရာသက်ပန် ပိတ်သိမ်းသွားမည် ဖြစ်သည်။

4. Monetization & Rewards (ဝင်ငွေခွဲဝေမှုနှင့် ဆုကြေးထုတ်ယူခြင်း မူဝါဒ)

D Lite operates a dual-track reward system to support both high-volume digital content creators and active platform viewers with flexible payout cycles.

D Lite သည် ဗီဒီယိုဖန်တီးသူ (Creators) များနှင့် ကြည့်ရှုသူ (Viewers) များအားလုံးအတွက် အဆင်ပြေစေရန် ဆုကြေးထုတ်ယူမှု စနစ်နှစ်မျိုးဖြင့် လည်ပတ်ပါသည်။

Track 1: Interactive Engagement & Star Exchange for Viewers (၇ ရက်အတွင်း ရရှိမည့်စနစ်)

• Pocket Money Rewards: Regular users who earn small-scale rewards through daily interactive tasks, video engagement, or the Interactive Features can accumulate and exchange their points into Stars. အသုံးပြုသူများအနေဖြင့် နေ့စဉ် Tasks များ လုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်းနှင့် ဗီဒီယိုကြည့်ရှုခြင်း/အပြန်အလှန် တုံ့ပြန်ခြင်းများမှ ရရှိလာသော မုန့်ဖိုးအဆင့်ရှိ ဆုကြေးများကို Star များနှင့် လဲလှယ်နိုင်ပါသည်။
• 7-Day Payout Cycle: To provide quick incentives, these small-scale Star Exchange rewards are processed swiftly within a 7-day review period after submission. • Official Creator Payouts: High-volume earnings generated from direct advertisement revenue splits (50/50 split) or premium digital gifts (X-Cards) are bound to an official industry-standard 30-day monthly settlement cycle. တိုက်ရိုက်စပွန်ဆာကြော်ငြာခဝေစု (Ad Share 50%) သို့မဟုတ် Premium လက်ဆောင် (X-Cards) များမှ ရရှိသော Creator များ၏ ဝင်ငွေအများအပြားကို တရားဝင် ၃၀ ရက် လစဉ်ငွေရှင်းစနစ် (Monthly Net-30) ဖြင့် ရှင်းပေးမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
• Monthly Settlement & Audit: Earnings accumulated from the 1st to the last day of each calendar month will undergo a comprehensive manual anti-fraud audit during the first week of the following month. Approved balances will be officially disbursed between the 10th and 15th of that next month. လစဉ် ၁ ရက်နေ့မှ လကုန်အထိ ရရှိသော Creator ဝင်ငွေများကို နောက်လ၏ ပထမအပတ်တွင် စနစ်တကျ စစ်ဆေးမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး အတည်ပြုပြီးပါက နောက်လ ၁၀ ရက်နေ့မှ ၁၅ ရက်နေ့အတွင်း တရားဝင် ထုတ်ပေးမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

5. Direct Advertising & Sponsored Content (တိုက်ရိုက်ကြော်ငြာခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ ထုတ်ပြန်ချက်)

To fundamentally subsidize creator compensation mechanisms and support localized operations, D Lite directly serves native, customized in-house sponsor advertisements inside the interface.

Creator တွေရဲ့ ဆုကြေးစနစ်ကို ရေရှည်ပံ့ပိုးပေးနိုင်ရန်အတွက် D Lite သည် ပြည်တွင်းမှ တိုက်ရိုက်လာရောက်အပ်နှံသော စပွန်ဆာကြော်ငြာများကိုသာ အက်ပ်အတွင်း တိုက်ရိုက်စီမံပြသပါသည်။

• Supported Ad Formats: Content promotions are displayed strictly under static **Banner ads**, **Medium Rectangle (MRC) native ads**, or opt-in interactive **Video ads**. ကြော်ငြာပုံစံများအနေဖြင့် Banner ကြော်ငြာများ၊ Medium Rectangle (MRC) နေရာချထားမှုများနှင့် ဗီဒီယိုကြော်ငြာများကိုသာ စနစ်တကျ ပြသမည် ဖြစ်သည်။
• First-Party Delivery & Tracking Exclusions: Since all promotional material is managed internally via direct sponsorships rather than third-party automated cross-site ad networks, D Lite does not export, leak, or share user profiling trackers or analytical mobile device hardware keys with foreign advertising networks. ကြော်ငြာအားလုံးသည် ပြည်တွင်းလုပ်ငန်းရှင်များနှင့် တိုက်ရိုက်ချိတ်ဆက်ပြသသော စပွန်ဆာများသာ ဖြစ်ပြီး ပြင်ပ Third-party ad networks များကို အသုံးမပြုသည့်အတွက် အသုံးပြုသူများ၏ Device ID သို့မဟုတ် ကိုယ်ရေးဒေတာများကို ပြင်ပကြော်ငြာကွန်ရက်များထံ မျှဝေခြင်း လုံးဝမရှိပါ။
