1. Overview & Data Protection

D Lite is a global video-sharing platform designed to empower content creators with advanced monetization tools. We bridge the gap between creativity and revenue, offering a unique Watch-to-Earn ecosystem for users worldwide.

Data Privacy & Security

• Authentication: User login data via Gmail is secured using Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) protocols. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding unauthorized data access.
• AI Optimization: To improve our localized AI models, we may process voice data, video interactions, and engagement patterns submitted by users for training purposes.
• Restricted Data: D Lite does not collect sensitive financial records, facial recognition data, or private information stored within your primary Google account.

2. Content & Copyright Policy

D Lite prioritizes original content. We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same.

• Copyright Infringement: Uploading copyrighted material without explicit permission is strictly prohibited. Accounts found violating these terms will be permanently terminated.
• Reporting Claims: If you believe your content has been used without authorization, please contact D Lite Support with valid proof of ownership and the specific video link.
• Adult Content (18+): Sexually explicit content is restricted from public feeds by default. Users must manually enable 18+ visibility in settings. All adult content must be categorized correctly; failure to do so results in an immediate ban.
• Zero Tolerance: Content involving violence, exploitation, or illegal activities will be removed immediately, and information may be reported to relevant authorities.

3. Monetization & Rewards

For Creators:

• Ad Revenue: Earnings are calculated based on Ticket engagement (e.g., $0.10 per 1,000 Tickets, subject to CPM fluctuations).
• Direct Sponsorships: Creators receive 50% of the revenue generated from direct advertising placements.
• Gift Exchange: X-Cards can be redeemed at a rate of $0.14 per unit.
• Withdrawals: Payments are processed via USDT (Crypto) or authorized local payment gateways.

Watch-to-Earn:

Users earn 1 Star for every minute of video consumed. Stars can be redeemed for various digital assets within the D Lite Store.

4. Advertising & Tickets

To keep the platform accessible, we utilize third-party ad networks (Adsterra, Shrinkme, etc.) for ticket distribution.

• Content Nature: Third-party ads may contain gaming, adult, or high-frequency marketing content. These are served by external providers.
• Liability: D Lite is not responsible for the content of external advertisements or any interactions occurring on third-party websites.

5. Premium Services & Payments

• Global Payments: In-app premium purchases are processed securely via Oxa Pay using Cryptocurrency.
• Local Support: For region-specific payment methods, users must only interact with the Official D Lite Telegram channel.
• Security Alert: D Lite is not liable for losses incurred through unauthorized third-party resellers or fraudulent accounts.
